It was a generally positive experience, though there were a few issues. The room wasn't adequately cleaned, and there were no facilities for making water or coffee. The bed was uncomfortable, likely due to an old mattress. The A/C didn't seem strong enough to cool the room properly. The hotel staff could use more training and discipline. On the bright side, the food was fantastic—delicious and well-prepared. The hotel's location was also good, providing a nice sea view from our room. The pool was excellent as well.

Extremely disappointing service. The staff at this hotel are not properly trained. There are no tea-making facilities in the room. The hotel operates with fewer than 6 staff members. The heater and TV are not functioning. While the sea view is nice, you can't swim in the sea. I initially booked the hotel through Booking.com, but the reservation staff canceled my booking and made a direct booking, charging me an extra 2700/=. Overall, a very bad experience.
