Villa Maria Montego Bay

This was one of my best six-day beach vacations EVER!!!! We celebrated our brother's 60th birthday, and the chefs went all out for him. The staff was superb; we never had to ask for anything. It stayed super clean at all times. We had the best drivers ever, Ms. Donna and her brother. They took us on the best tour of Jamaica and the best shopping. The weather was great, so we enjoyed many days with breakfast, lunch, and dinners outside. We will be returning just because they made it a place worth coming back to. I just wish I could show pictures of the joyful six days of our special time at Villa Maria.

The house, chef, house manager, housekeeper, and driver were all excellent. The views from the back of the house were awesome! The transition from the pool to the beach was amazing! As a vegan, breakfast was a bit of a challenge, but the dinners were amazing! My only complaint is that the washer and dryer were both allegedly broken.

This place is a stunning gem on our planet. I have no desire to return to Chicago.

This is one of the most incredible places I've ever stayed during a vacation. The staff is fantastic. Chef Fishbone holds a special place in my heart; if I could have packed him in my suitcase, I would have. He prepared one delicious meal after another, making the local restaurants seem lackluster in comparison. Mr. Headly, the driver, is very kind, but be sure to buckle up. Driving on the left side of the road at high speeds can feel like a roller coaster ride. All the bedrooms were beautifully furnished and equipped with up-to-date technology. There's a pool in the back and a stunning ocean view. However, I wouldn't recommend getting into the ocean right behind the property due to the many rocks. Also, the water recedes significantly every morning, but don't worry, it's not a sign of an impending tsunami. lol

As if Jamaica wasn’t already a fantastic destination, we discovered this incredible gem to enhance our experience! The staff was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived until our tearful goodbye (we didn’t want to leave)! Our vacation was tailored to our needs and plans, with special touches along the way that made us feel more like family than guests. Chef Fishbones was phenomenal! Every meal was magnificent, and he catered to our individual preferences. Melissa, or “Magical Melissa” as we affectionately call her, is a beautiful soul who felt more like a big sister by the time we left. She ensured we were relaxed every minute of our stay and went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The location offers both the beach and seclusion while allowing you to authentically experience Jamaica! We never want to do resort life again, lol! Trust me when I say, staying here will grant you memories you’ll never forget!
