Zorka beach

The camp is fantastic, though I hope the sewer issue has been resolved. Insects like bedbugs and cockroaches can get into the rooms, but it's not a big deal. It's still a cool place, and I enjoyed my time there.

This camp is absolutely fantastic. I adore it and have been attending every year for the past three years. The food is delicious, the events are engaging, and the counselors and living conditions are excellent. 🤩🔥❤

During his student years, he worked as a physical education teacher at Zorka. Those were the best memories. He had a very responsible attitude towards the children in the camp. Twenty years later, he walked around the territory again. Some things haven’t changed, some things he remembered, and some things are new. The descent to the sea requires physical preparation or rest stops. “My beloved Dawn, after many years of separation I have come to your land,” is how they sing in the camp. He remembers how they laid the lawn on the football field. The buildings in front of which they were on duty at night, looking after the children, are now abandoned. He recalls how raccoons wandered through the corridors looking for yogurt jars. It was a good time and a good place, this sanatorium “Zorka.”

Fantastic spot to unwind! The food is top-notch: mouth-watering dishes, generous portions, and a variety of salads, vegetables, and fruits. There's a custom menu available every day. The rooms are consistently tidy and clean. Each one is equipped with soap, toilet paper (replenished as needed), a hairdryer, a laundry basin, clothespins, and 5-6 hangers. There's also a refrigerator with a freezer, though not all of them function perfectly. Wi-Fi is available on each floor, but not everyone has access; many people had it connected but without Internet access. If you rely on mobile Internet, it might not work on some floors, starting from the 5th. However, the connection is almost always stable at various points on the floor. The best reception is on the 8th floor and in rooms with a balcony. The descent to the sea and the climb back up is a challenge that only the fittest will conquer; it's tough for older individuals to make the return trip: it's a long walk (10-20 minutes, depending on your pace), with about 300 steps, and it's hot in the summer. Always carry a bottle of water! The beach is pebbly with no sand, so I recommend buying water shoes to make it easier to walk along the shore and enter the sea without hurting your feet on the small pebbles. There are sunbeds both under a canopy and in open spaces, which is very convenient!

Three of my children are currently attending the camp, and everything is going well. Initially, they complained but eventually adapted. I recommend this camp. The strict supervision is confined to the camp area and isn't too bothersome, but it's essential. The camp offers sun, sea, mountains, fresh air, and various activities—everything needed for a child's healthy and enjoyable stay.
