Disgusting service. In the panoramic restaurant there are occupied signs on all tables overlooking the sea. They are only allowed to sit at a table near the wall. This was during the day, we arrived at 15:00, to an empty restaurant (2 tables were occupied). After us, the guests were seated without a reservation. While we ate and drank, the tables remained empty. They asked the waitress the reason for this attitude. Answer: I don’t know, these questions are not for me, for the hostess. Can I call the manager? I'll clarify. That's all. Customer focus = 0. Half of the drinks on the menu are missing. I don't recommend it. From the word absolutely. The spa doesn't even deserve the title of spa. A good bath complex, nothing more. Temperatures are too low in almost all saunas. A lot of single-use plastic. The massage was good, the massage oil was not, then the whole body was sticky, I could barely wash myself off. Scoop by scoop. Nothing changes

I liked it very much! Nature, view, sunrises and sunsets - in the palm of your hand. Apartments, service, spa treatments, indoor and outdoor pools (heated and not), for children, 5 types of baths. Transfer to the sea, food nearby, restaurant at the hotel...Everything is super! Thank you.

We arrived at the end of September. The hotel was not bad. We rented a room with a separate entrance. The room has a kitchen. The view from the room is excellent. The hotel has one restaurant. Not a bad spa. Now about the cons. The floor in the room was not entirely clean. There is no territory at all. There is nothing for entertainment. There is no access to the sea. Hotel transport delivers to the sea. There is nothing near the hotel - no shops, no cafes, one store doesn't count. I think after 3 days of such rest you will howl. We lived there for 3 days, immediately after checking out we booked a room in Yalta Intourist. When we arrived there, I realized what a real big hotel is.

Cons: the staff is uninterested in guests, the waiter in Riviera does not offer a chair for the baby, he does not bring what we ordered and also added it to the bill, because they have prepared it, where is it now. So I had to pay. They told us to leave the pool an hour before closing, as they would be heading home soon. Although we came to go to the spa before going to bed, we left. And so in everything, there are some snags. There is no access to the beach, 40 minutes walk there is nothing around! To get to everything you have to walk and walk or take a taxi. Prices are too high
