This is not a “Hotel” This is “housing by the sea” modest, cramped, dark rooms, old furniture, everything creaks, rattles, appliances, plumbing, curtains, bedspreads have a very “tired” look. Although you can see the sea from a small window, you don’t want to look there - a dusty road, construction in the foreground. But a decent refrigerator. The beach is excellent 100m. Food in the dining room is organized, but very modest and far from the most delicious. The mini kitchen on the street is also falling apart, dishes, gas stove, sink, barbecue - everything is also in a deplorable state. There is a laundry service. Rooms are cleaned independently, towels are changed upon request. In general, if you are just looking for an inexpensive room by the sea with no complaints about comfort and are ready to adapt, then it’s ok.

A great place to relax with children. Pros: - about a hundred meters to the Black Sea; - the guest house is quite clean; - there is a recreation area (barbecue, barbecue, swing), there was a small pool, but it was removed because no one was swimming; - large parking area at the hotel; - normal WI-FI which catches a little even on the beach; - on Saturday, a pleasant surprise was the invitation of the animators. Of the minuses: - a lot of flies (we vacationed in August); - the water in the tap is salty - sea water gets into the well. Drinking water is imported, paid - 5 rubles. liter. Hot water periodically runs out because... there is one boler for three numbers; - the room has a CRT TV; - very strong audibility (probably the characteristics of a wooden house). You can’t cook yourself, there’s no kitchen. Food is provided by the hotel at a reasonable price. Not all meals are ordered for the period of stay, but specifically breakfast, lunch, or dinner, which is very convenient; if you don’t want to eat, don’t eat. I recommend it for relaxation, but just for once.

Close to the sea, real first line, then only the beach. The food is delicious, homemade, good portions. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink in each room (I would like the size more bathroom). On the 2nd and 3rd floors there are rooms with sea views and air conditioning. As the owners themselves say, the only difference between standard and premium rooms is air conditioning. In all other respects, absolutely identical quadruple rooms. The view of the room is spoiled by the water heater located in the room and the wires in the corrugation along the top. Immediately everything looks spartan. But there’s nothing you can do about it, the hotel is all made of timber. By the way, this is also audible. These are of course disadvantages. We chose this hotel because we were allowed with a dog and because it’s right by the sea, and not like all other vacationers walk 1.5 kilometers across a field to the sea.

A quiet place to relax with children under 6 years old, schoolchildren are bored. Food is like in kindergarten. Very dosed and budget-friendly. They cleaned the room themselves. Change of linen if required. Barbecue on site. We were plagued by flies this year, but we had a fumigator. What’s good is that it’s close to the sea - 2 minutes on foot, sand, clean, few people on the beach and, of course, the air is healing. In Evpatoria, there’s nowhere for an apple to fall on the beach. And the sea is dirty. It’s convenient to come by car. Rental in Crimea starts from 1300 rubles, manual, automatic transmission from 2200, child seat another 200, deposit from 10,000. Rental only in Simferopol, not in Evpatoria.

Nice place, price - quality! An excellent option for vacationers with a car. The sea is 50 meters away. The beach is not overcrowded. If you want entertainment - 15 minutes and you are in Evpatoria on the embankment. Delicious homemade food. I recommend!
