Plage Jinene Hammamet

A brief yet enjoyable stay! From the moment we arrived, Ahmed and his team at the reception greeted us warmly and with friendliness. They upgraded us to a quadruple/apartment room instead of the standard triple room we had initially booked, which was very convenient for three adults and a baby. The room was spacious and clean. The service and the hotel itself are excellent, with friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant and pool, including the lifeguards. The nighttime atmosphere is lively and entertaining. I highly recommend this hotel!

On the downside, I must mention that the place feels outdated. While the reception and main bar have a nice appearance, the rest of the hotel shows its age. However, the rooms were consistently clean. The food was somewhat repetitive, but that's to be expected at a 3-star all-inclusive resort. The staff were exceptionally polite and always had a smile. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and definitely worth the money.

We stayed at your hotel at the beginning of June and were blown away by the animation team. They were the most passionate and engaging group we've ever encountered at any 4 or 5-star hotel. We are truly impressed. A real gem!

Burkinis are allowed. We booked a 2-night stay at the resort with our family and initially noticed a no burkini rule on the website. We considered canceling our reservation, but the reception informed us that it was an outdated rule and there were no issues with wearing burkinis at the hotel. The reception staff was amazing—lovely and welcoming, always with smiles on their faces. Manager Ali made a point to let us know he was available for us whenever he saw us around. Our room was clean and spacious, with perfectly functioning AC and a shower with good water pressure. The pool was large and clean, featuring both deep and shallow areas. The water park had minimal wait times, and my kids had a blast. The paid activities were affordable and lots of fun; I highly recommend giving them a try. El Fnarr coffee shop had amazing staff, great coffee and tea, and good shisha at reasonable prices. The beach had plenty of available chairs and was clean, even during the sea algae season. I can't comment on the food as we didn't opt for the all-inclusive package and chose to dine in the nearby city instead. Overall, we had an amazing stay, thanks to the friendly staff and clean premises.

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities and a prime beachfront location. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and efficient. My wife has coeliac disease and requires a gluten-free diet, which the kitchen handled with ease. While the entertainment was lacking, it was understandable given the early season. The food and drinks were top-notch for an all-inclusive resort. We would definitely come back.
