Santa beach II

During our stay in the last week of their season, we noticed that the entertainment team seemed to have already finished. The all-inclusive restaurant was quite disorganized. Initially, we were assigned a table for our entire stay, but after 2 days, we were informed during breakfast that we would be seated at a different table for dinner. The following day, breakfast went smoothly, but when we arrived for dinner, the restaurant on our side was closed and we had no idea where to go. Eventually, we were shown to a table. On the next evening, we sat at our table and started eating, but a staff member informed us that we couldn't sit there and had to move elsewhere. We were then led around the restaurant with our meals and drinks until they found a table for us. The rooms were basic but clean, and the bar staff and snack bar staff were very helpful. The beach and sea were absolutely stunning, with crystal clear water and soft white sand. There were plenty of reasonably priced water sports available, and we had a great time on the slides and mini golf course. The pools were a bit cold, but that was expected for October. The sea was warmer, and the pool where the entertainment team's activities were held was the warmest, although it could get quite noisy. If you prefer a peaceful sunbathing experience, I would recommend choosing another pool area or going to the beach. Additionally, I would suggest bringing a reusable drinks bottle, as the paper cups used outside are great for the environment but quite small. The bar staff are more than happy to fill up your reusable plastic cups and so on.

The highlight of our vacation was definitely the beach. It's perfect for families because you can enjoy it right at the resort. However, if you decide to venture out, be prepared for persistent taxi drivers who won't take no for an answer. The entire hotel is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and updating. It's important to have some local currency on hand before arriving at the hotel since they don't offer currency exchange services or have an ATM. You'll have to leave the resort and go to the nearby gas station for that. It's worth noting that everything comes with an additional cost, including the safe and fridge. The rooms are quite small and basic. Personally, I wouldn't choose to return.

The hotel is very spacious and enjoyable, offering delicious food, a friendly staff, stunning views, and plenty of entertainment. Every staff member is extremely kind and goes out of their way to communicate with guests in various languages. The food is exceptionally tasty and there is a wide variety to choose from. The rooms are simple yet comfortable, and they are cleaned thoroughly every day. However, the elevators are in need of an update and occasionally experience issues. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon. Additionally, I personally feel that there is a bit too much emphasis on selling at the shops along the path to the restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend booking this hotel as you will not be disappointed.

This was one of the best vacations I've ever had. The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic, with a wide range of options that ensured nobody went hungry. There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained, and the animation team was outstanding. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, always taking the time to greet us with a smile. I will definitely be returning to this beach in the near future.

The staff at the beach are extremely friendly and there is a great selection of food available for every meal. However, the local drinks are not very good, so it's recommended to bring your own from duty free. Additionally, the rooms are impeccably clean and the beds are exceptionally comfortable.
