Very nice apartments, quite spacious and fully furnished. Everything is clean, new and modern. Location is just 5 out of 5! Service is also very nice! Thank you for hospitality! Will gladly come once again 👌

I travel to Turkey a lot and this is the first time I have stayed at these Apts. The location of the apartments is excellent. 10 min walk to amenities and even quicker to the beach. The quality of the beds, sheets bedrooms was excellent. All the staff are so helpful especially Ugur, a pure gentleman. Any queries or information I needed was attended to straight away. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Gulluk. I would 100% highly recommend . Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. Love Ann

First of all, just in context, I booked the bodrum flight as a last minute getaway for me and my brother and selected this accommodation as was 10 minutes away from airport and it was a late flight so was fit for purpose. I made the mistake of booking it for the wrong date so had to rebook for the correct date. It was non refundable via the 3rd party website so just had to take the hit. The owner got in contact to ask if i needed transport for a competitive fee, which I accepted and he who introduced himself as Ugur the owner was at airport with sign showing my name. I did mention to Ugur about my mistake and asked if there was anything he could do, but unfortunately he could as refund would need to be claimed back through 3rd party website I used which was fair enough as it was my error. The apartment was fantastic and location was great with the beach within walking distance as well as places to eat and shops. The thing that really took my experiance to another level was because to my surprise the next day he offered me an opportunity to stay an extra night due to the error I made regarding the date and because it was non-refundable and I accepted. I will definitely come back here if traveling to bodrum again and would recommend it to everyone it is a true hidden gem and Ugur and his sister were great hosts.

Hi all! My wife, mother and I visited these apartments twice in September 2023. We enjoyed it so much the first time that we decided to return a week later. Excellent location 5 minutes from the sea on foot and 10 minutes from supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants in the center. A fish market with fresh fish is 15 minutes away. Excellent embankment. Take healthy evening and morning walks. The rooms are quite spacious, the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything necessary. Very clean, cozy, beautiful view from the balcony. The landscaping work around the apartments has not yet been completely completed. But this is all in the backyard and does not spoil the impression. Excellent staff and manager, helped us in all our questions, met us and saw us off at the airport. We are very pleased and recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances. We hope to return next year. The season lasts until the end of October, so many have a great chance. Boris, Yanina, Lidiiya

This place is still a construction site ! You walk into your apartment through piles of rubble and up on an unfinished ledge. Definitely not safe for children !!!! Small rooms and definitely unfinished. Nice finishings and I’m sure it will be nice when it’s finished. The floors felt dirty with grout and plaster and the room smelt like paint.
