Zalo Beach

We spent an amazing night at this lovely camp. The beach was very nice and clean and the water was clear. In the morning there was a mobile service from a bakery and the owner was very nice. We will come back again!

Lovely place and impeccably quaint and clean, HOWEVER it doesn't have ANY food or drink - this is a fail considering the nearest market is 15 km away

Is a perfect spot if you like to stay camping near the sea but don't like a lot of tourists and overcrowded beaches. Pluses - Price. this camp is cheaper than camp near big cities - Family business. Gospodin Josip Tomljenović and his wife made this place a family-friendly comparing with other autocamps. - Quiet place with little amount of visitors which means: almost empty beach, no noisy people, no queue in toilets ect. - Really close to water - all spots are 10 meter max away of the sea. - Free fridge - Free wifi - Electricity sockets are usual (no need for adapters) - bakery and fruit merchant on vans regularly supply camp with fresh food. - Super clear water and no mosquitoes. (not a camp plus but this part of Croatia) Minuses - rather far away of shops and infrastructure (~20 km) but it is a price for staying in a not overpopulated place and - close to the road - loud trucks annoy at nights. - wi-fi is not cover autocamp, only at reception. - sharp stones and a lot of sea urchins means that you should swim carefully and wear swimming shoes is a must (not a camp minuses but this part of Croatia) Summary: may be not so good if you like to live near to the city, but for us - is almost perfect spot. Will visit again 10/10

A nice and peaceful place. Owners are friendly. They dont sell drinks , maybe in the future ? We had a nice stay for one night passing through.

This place is an absolute gem. I kind of stumbled upon it on my way down the coast and expected it to be overcrowded and busy. But it's quite the opposite. Very chill atmosphere and the road behind didn't bother me at all. I was there on a Monday. Maybe Weekends are different. There is almost no boat traffic on the water. The campsites for tents have a lot of shade and you the toilet and shower facilities are spotless. Would definitely come back here.
