Amazing service!!! We just got back from a week there and the customer service and staff was some of the best we have experienced! So helpful and accommodating, they made everything so easy for us. It’s great that you can get a water taxi right from the hotel and it’s very easy to get back and forth to the main port. Room service was good, rooftop restaurant had an amazing view food was decent nothing crazy would have loved more traditional greek dishes. Room was beautiful, we have a corner unit with a private pool which I highly recommend. With two small children it was great to just hang out in our private pool and not have to worry about our kids disturbing other guests. Water in front of the hotel was kinda murky not really like the pictures but that could have been because of the time of the year. We took private boat to remote beaches anyway which made up for the beach in front of the hotel. Otherwise the service and hotel were excellent and I would highly recommend!
Amazing place where you can find party with amazing music and sunbeds and quiet peaceful times as well on seaside. They have top sushi and burgers, food is just amazing!
Our one-week stay was pretty disappointing. The hotel upkeep is not great; the design feels outdated and always feels not perfect. Some of the staff were very nice and warm, but a few others were simply rude. For example: One lady in the breakfast and bar on two occasions was rude - once when she insisted we ordered something we didn’t, until we helped her find the person who did, and the second time when she asked us to pay for something we brought from the room. One guy in the reception was not friendly when we told him there is an unstable table in our room. When they fixed it, they forgot to clean the wood shavings and also failed to clean in the morning after, only after I complained. Another example, we asked to replace a non-clean blanket, and they sent a blanket and duvet separately. Rooms are big, but need renovation. Breakfast wasn’t so good, but on the positive side, it helped us not overeat. :)
I recently visited Nikki Beach Porto Heli with the expectation of enjoying a relaxing atmosphere with a touch of party vibes. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my hopes. The resort, which I had anticipated would offer a blend of tranquility and entertainment, seemed more like a daycare center than a vacation spot for adults seeking a lively ambiance. Upon arrival, I was met with a deluge of children throughout the hotel premises. This unexpected inundation of kids created an atmosphere that was anything but the sophisticated and vibrant party scene I had envisioned. It's disheartening that what was supposed to be a sophisticated and lively environment was overshadowed by the overwhelming presence of young children. To be fair, the resort itself boasts an appealing aesthetic and the staff were indeed pleasant and accommodating. However, the glaring contrast between my expectations and the reality of a resort dominated by children left me feeling quite dissatisfied. While I appreciate the efforts put forth by the staff and acknowledge the overall positive aspects of the resort, my personal experience was marred by the lack of the desired atmosphere. In conclusion, Nikki Beach Porto Heli might be an excellent option for families with children looking for a vacation destination, but for those seeking a balanced blend of relaxation and party vibes, it might not meet expectations. My stay was marked by a notable disconnect between the advertised ambiance and the actual atmosphere, leading to a disappointing overall impression.
Room is really clean and well decorated, very big with a lovely balcony looking out over the bay and mountains. The restaurant on the roof has amazing views and the food is excellent. The pool is nice but a little cold at the moment for the weather. The beach isn't the best but its good for a swim and a nice view. Service is brilliant in all areas and sets the hotel apart. We have travelled with our two young children and they have also loved it. Close to Porto Heli (5 minute taxi) which has a nice vibe and some great restaurants/cafes. We got the ferry from Piraeus to Porto Heli (3 hours) which was easy and nice.
