This hotel was exactly what we were looking for - perfect in every way. It's a bit secluded, but still easy to get to the main town. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. It took about an hour to get there from the airport, but the bus ride around the town was a nice way to start exploring the island. The complex has three pools and three restaurants to choose from, and since we were on an all-inclusive package, we tried them all. We stayed in a suite for 11 nights and could see the beach from our morning coffee spot. The suite was spotlessly clean, as was the entire complex. I would give the food and staff a 5-star rating.
The hotel and complex are absolutely stunning, with everything being white which creates a heavenly contrast against the blue sky and sea. The grounds are meticulously cared for and immaculate. The food selection is fantastic, and even though we were on a half board basis, the lunch at the pool was reasonably priced and delicious. Despite visiting during the off season, it was still difficult to find a spot at the pool due to many beds being reserved with towels but left unoccupied, which should be managed better. There are a lot of steps to navigate, making it a bit of a challenge to get to the beach, pools, and restaurants as everything is spread out and requires climbing. The sunbeds could use a good cleaning as they are quite dirty. The infinity pool is incredible, but it is quite a trek to get there and all the pools are very cold. The sea is teeming with fish and pleasantly warm, although it is rocky so swim shoes are a necessity. One small suggestion - adding something to the chairs in the Greek restaurant to reduce noise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
The hotel is excellent, with amazing staff and a wide variety of delicious food options. It's located about a 15-minute drive from town. The hotel is spacious, with lots of people in the restaurant and pool area, but there are also plenty of large, open areas with lots of room.
The hotel was fantastic, our suite came with Molton Brown toiletries, a complimentary beach bag, and shoes. The food was delicious and the drinks were top-notch. The pool areas were inviting with comfortable sun beds. The location was tranquil, with a bus stop right outside that takes you to Kos Town for only 2 euros per person.
It's been a while since I've traveled, and after waiting a year to visit this location, I can confidently say that it was worth the wait. Dimitra exceeded all expectations - our room was amazing, the view was stunning, and the service was top-notch. George and the staff were fantastic, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The themed dinner menus were delicious and diverse, and we enjoyed the entertainment provided each evening. We even had access to the gym at the MichelAngelo Hotel next door. I could go on and on about our stay, but nothing beats experiencing it for yourself. Dimitra has truly set the standard. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable week. Can't wait to visit again soon! 😊
