Agios Sostis beach II

View - beautiful, house - reasonable (my issue is that the kitchen was lacking almost everything, hard to cook something there), services, they cleaned every day wich was nice, and the guy there was nice but didn't speak English. Also alot of lizards, but for us was not a deal breaker. The fact that there was no path to the sea was a big minus.. such a shame, small investment, big return, for some woden stairs or something to reach the sea. One of the rooms (the small one) had a broken AC, which they didn't fix, another room, every time you took a shower, it flooded the bathroom and the room. There were no ice boxes or umbrellas at the villa

Beautiful place with sea view on turtle island. We were able to spot turtles and dolphins with the binoculars we brought with us. Dolphins are a rarity on the island, but we saw them twice in one week (during the May holiday). The local fishermen also complained that week that the nets were being robbed 😂 The house itself needs some maintenance. Wall sockets that are loose in the wall or do not work at all, and exterior doors that are difficult to close due to broken parts. During our stay, part of the roof edge even fell down due to concrete rot, which was a safety issue. The beds and bathrooms were fine and the outdoor kitchen (including extra refrigerator) with the large sofa was a great place for all meals (as long as we didn't eat out). The swimming pool is large (5x10m) and nice. The manager, Anastasia, is friendly and alert and responds quickly to shortcomings. I read in some reviews about problems with the WiFi, but we didn't have that. Maybe no speed records, but our 3 teenagers were fine with it, and watching Netflix also went without any problems. A car is a must if you want to do something on the island, but a small supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and several restaurants (e.g. “ole-ole”) are about a 15-minute walk away. The beach below is easily accessible via the path past the neighbor's house (3 minutes walk), but if you have such a swimming pool you don't come there often 😎

Hello everyone, we stayed in Zante Vista Villas from 27 July to 03 August 2022, we were 4 couples, I'll tell you about our experience, first of all for the booking I contacted Sara who was very kind and always responded to all my requests quickly, helped me rent the car, book the best restaurants etc. , regarding the Villa it is wonderful with the swimming pool and the huge garden overlooking the sea overlooking the island of Marathonissi, a beautiful pergola with grill and oven which we made great use of, both for breakfast and dinner, regarding the house and 'large and spacious with some "NEI", first of all we had booked this villa because being 4 adult couples we wanted to each have our own rooms with private bathroom in the room, and we had been told that each room had its own bathroom, but once we arrived here was the surprise, the rooms were arranged like this, the first beautiful large one with its private bathroom, two other rooms (one with a double bed and the other with two queen-size beds) we had to share the bathroom with difficulty because there was only one, then there was the other room (which can't even be called a room) it was outside in the entrance hall it had its own fairly comfortable bathroom but the room it was tiny, the bed could barely fit and it didn't have a wardrobe or a chair to put your clothes on, in the corridor there was a tiny bathroom just a toilet and sink. Regarding the air conditioners, the one in the living room worked very well but it was so noisy that it was a terrible nuisance, the air conditioners in the rooms worked well, only mine in the room with the 2 twin beds we couldn't use it because there was no it was the remote control, which I requested but was not given to me, I suffered a lot from the heat in that room. One bathroom got blocked and flooded every time the shower or sink was used, we said it but nothing was done to resolve the inconvenience. A separate discussion is about the kitchen, the fridge was small for our needs and for such a large house and it didn't even work well, the small fridge under the pergola saved us, the 4 burner electric hob was not 'enough to cook for many people, the dishwasher doesn't work well, it leaves everything dirty and we had to wash everything by hand, then crockery, plates and cutlery were a disaster, we couldn't set the complete table for the 8 people, all a mix. Another thing we were told that we had access to the beach under the house, but once there we discovered that there is no access to the beach. The most beautiful and positive thing is the cleaning service offered by the Villa every day except Sunday, the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily even with changes of linen, and the whole house was clean, this service is the top of the villa . I now turn to Sara who manages the Villa, Sara, this review is not to criticize the Villa, in the end we had a great time and spent a wonderful holiday in Zakynthos, they are suggestions for improving the services and that the next guests of the Villa Zante Vista does not have these inconveniences like we had.

Perfect view! Be careful not to lock your keys in the villa, the door closes without a key only if you pull the handle. 3 ok rooms, 2 small rooms, 1 without any closet for clothes. The yard is beautiful, the trees are gorgeous, the pool is well maintained. Gazebo with a generous and elegant dining area. Parking spaces in the premises. Access only through the large gate, not through the door. Enjoy!
