Pros: -good guests, mostly polite family people - beautiful area for a private village - good beach. Pebbles, stones at the entrance, but few people Minuses: - periodically there is no water. It is supplied from tanks, not central, so sometimes it can run out.. - Quite often there is no electricity. A blackout can last from 1 hour to 7-8 hours, and sometimes up to a day or two. If your house has a generator, then there will be light, but with the eerie sound of a working generator and the smell of diesel fuel. If not, you will sit without light - there is not a single cafe, restaurant or store on the territory - there are practically no common spaces. On the embankment there are 2 benches, 1 gazebo on the lower tier and... that's it. The remaining benches are located mainly near smoking bins. There is a children's playground, but it is hot during the day, and not everyone wants to sit there. - ups and downs.. The 2nd part of the village is located quite high and getting there, especially for elderly or small children, is very difficult, especially in the heat.
Excellent cottage community. It has its own beach. True, the beach is pebbly. There are many large stones in the water. It won't be great for kids. Be sure to take corral slippers. There will be a must-have on the beach! Beautiful landscape design. We had a wonderful view of the sea. All this is about the first stage of the village. The second line (the one across the road and you need to go through the air duct), unfortunately, is not at all like that.
We rented a cottage and had a great time. The cottage is of a very high standard, has everything you need, the sea view is stunning. Every evening we admired the sunsets on the sea from the terrace.
As a sanatorium it’s great. But mobile Internet (MTS, Megafon) is not really available, and Wi-Fi is only available at a few points in the building.
Not very convenient with children. Pebbles and stones. Clean pine air. Silence, calm. Isolation from civilization, you are like on a desert island. Only one store in the village, with incredibly high prices.
