Beautiful quite beach. The waves were too high for snorkeling
Beach still not accessible from land to outsiders of Lemuria hotel, as the surrounding area is private (even though the beach itself is public). Security in front of a gate will stop you. Therefore only accessible from sea.
In spite of what is promised when one visits the Seychelles - namely that all beaches are publicly accessible - this beach was not open to outsiders. Although the resort that owns the area around this beach allows access to Anse Georgette whenever requested, this beach is only sporadically accessible to outsiders. No conditions for access were specified by hotel staff.
All beaches on Seychelles are public, but Lemuria makes it too difficult that people path their territory. The most on Praslin we liked Petite Anse Kerlan (Lemuria Hotel). But you need to call in advance (few hours) and to make the reservation in order to be allowed for enter the hotel territory. Our advice is to ask make the reservation to Takamaka bar, or restaurant The Nest, or any other spot at Lemuria. When you reach the beach, just enjoy your stay at the beach! No one tell you anything! Actually the drinks at the bar are nice. On Petite Anse Kerlan you will find amazing snorkelling (a lot of small and big fishes, octopus, crampfish, sea urchins, turtles, harmless little sharks and many more). And do not forget to enjoy sunsets there, they are just stunning!!!
Not accessible for public even it should be based on the law.
