If I could give this beach a negative rating, I would. The potential is there, but the service, food, and atmosphere are all terrible. Upon arrival with multiple pieces of luggage, no one offered to assist us or provide a place to store our belongings. We had to carry everything to the beach ourselves. There was no music, creating a lack of atmosphere. The sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable. The food was inedible (our burrata was expired). Overall, it was the worst experience.
This was quite an experience. The cost of 29 euros per person seemed quite high compared to other places I've been. I'm not sure if it was because we were tourists, but I haven't encountered such a steep price elsewhere. Despite that, the location was well-maintained, the food was tasty, and the waiter was friendly.
We waited for at least 20 minutes to be served, followed by another hour for our food. No one offered us any additional drinks while we waited. The food was average and the staff seemed idle. It's disappointing considering the stunning location. The mediocre food was overshadowed by the long wait.
We arrived at the beach in Sep and were immediately disappointed. They wanted us to pay 15€ per person to enter, but I asked to take a look first. The beach was very small and dirty, with cigarettes scattered everywhere. There was no sand, only stones, and the water was cold. We decided to leave and maybe come back another day in the morning, as it didn't seem worth it. They then offered to let us in for just one person's fee and included a free drink, so we stayed. The beach was empty, the music wasn't too loud, but it felt like a private beach that wasn't worth the money. It was much more expensive than beaches in Italy or Greece. However, the view of the sea and Pigeon Island was beautiful. I wouldn't recommend this beach, I think the Ladies Beach would be a better choice. This place feels like a trap. 😕
The beach offers a full package for 150 lira, which includes entrance and a soft drink. The facility is spacious with changing rooms, showers, a bar, a restaurant, sun beds, and umbrellas. However, if you arrive between 12:00pm and 03:00pm in the afternoon, finding a spot to sit or lay down can be challenging. The service is extremely slow, and there is no music after 05:30 pm. The water is nice and the entrance is good, but the beach is made up of small stones rather than sand. Despite this, the beach offers a great view of Pigeon Island and passing cruise ships, making it a great spot for snorkeling. Prices are on the higher side, similar to those of a night club.
