Cedar lake resort area

Me and my partner stayed at this resort for a week our cabin got upgraded to an on the beach front because there was something wrong with ours which was kinda a win for us we enjoyed it. We had one towel for the whole week luckily we brought extra beach towels, dishes were provided and soap but nothing to wash them with, no broom in the room so we couldn’t sweep up the sand we were tracking in. The second day we were there we got locked out of our room and we contacted the front on 2 phones and they never got back to us luckily it was only the bottom lock so we were able to use a card to get back in but we slept on the beach that night. Over all customer service should be better, proper amount of towels should of been supplied for 2 people, broom and sponge to clean the dishes.

Hands down best hospitality! Every single person was so kind! The property is beautiful, quiet and clean! My daughters had a blast at the beach and the playground! My 13 year old asked if we can do this every year!!!! Thank you so much for being so wonderful!

This place is so charming!! Our cabin was a very spacious 3 bedroom. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beach is beautiful and we loved that we could have a bonfire right on the beach. I would highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

The good thing about this place is location , location ,location. The beach is very nice But be careful around the bonfire areas. Found buried metal marshmallow sticks in the sand! We rented cottage 12 and it is less than desirable for $250 a night. No towels or even a liquid hand soap. Would be nice to know this before you arrive. Rusty appliances and sand on the floors. Not a hook on a wall or any place to hang something up. No table in the bedroom to set something on. The Tv was nice but couches were stained. Theresa is very nice. If I was paying $150 a night ok but $250 - come on they could do better Calling this a luxury resort is deceiving at best.

Been coming here since I was a kid. Stopped for a few years and decided to restart the tradition with our kids. Cabins are a bit rustic and could be due for an update. But if you don't mind that, everything else is great. There is a/c and ceiling fans to keep cool. There is wifi and roku so you can stream on rainy days. Beach is nice and big, lots of room to play. Mulitple fire pits.. Nice playgrounds onsite. Enclosed pavilion with a pool table and ping-pong. Staff is friendly and helpful, they are quick to fix any issues that come up. We all had a blast and plan to be back next year!
